Substantial grants for childrens books

The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators offers a Work in-Progress Grant from no earlier than February 15 to no later than March 15 (postmark deadline) to help with the completion of a range of book projects written for children. There are multiple grants available for $500 and $1,500.

Cool. This sounds interesting.

Do you have a link where I can find out more information about this, Padre?

Edited to add: Never mind. I found it myself. Here's a link, if anyone else is interested in learning more.

Well, I just looked more closely at this, but you have to join to the tune of $85, so it's like paying to submit an application. I don't think I can do that.
