incorporating an advertisement in story
Is this gramatically correct?
Then he saw it: ARE YOU OVER 400LBS? DO YOU WANT TO EARN $5 MILLION? CALL 1-800-555-AXIS IMMEDIATELY.
I'm just not sure of the following:
is that the proper way to display an ad in a story?
do I have to write out the number five and the number 400?
do I put the ad in quotes?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Is the ad a written ad, or something like a radio ad?
If it's written, write it the way that the ad would actually be written. I think it's fine the way it is. Usually ads that say things like that use
numbers instead of words. I would drop the dollar sign and write out the word dollars, though. Most ads I see use the word instead of the symbol.
Maybe it catches the eye more, or something.
If it's supposed to be a spoken (or shouted) ad, then you should write out the number five, I think, but everything else is fine.
