Fifteen-year-old Evan Umbra is a demon hunter in training.

can’t control. Evan must hide these newfound abilities from everyone, whilst trying not to let them consume him.
Evan just wants to fit in at Veneseron, to complete his training and keep his loved ones safe from harm. But the demons turn to attacking his friend
and girlfriend just to get at him. He is a demon hunter yet his powers are demoniac. When a demon army invades the fortress he thinks he must give
himself up, or all and everyone he’s ever cared about will be destroyed.
