Odd message on YCN

I received the following on YCN:

- quote -
Opher Ganel,
Another contributor, Associated Content Support, has sent you the following message on the Yahoo! Contributor Network:

Associated Content invites you to join our new article directory community for publishers http:// tntpages (dot) com just released. We offer an affiliate program with 70-80 procent ads revenue in adsense.Make us the honor to write for us.

Mike Barrels,
C.E.O TnTPages.com
- end quote -

(I edited the formatting of the link to prevent it from being live here)

This seems like someone is claiming to be part of AC/YCN and inviting me (and one would assume others) to join a new content site. Only thing is, if it was legit I would not expect spelling and grammar errors.

I forwarded the email to admin at AC.

Anybody else get this? What do you guys think about this?

Nods... scammas!

I seemed to be looking down from an immense height upon a twilit grotto, knee-deep with filth, where a white-bearded daemon swineherd drove about with his staff a flock of fungous, flabby beasts whose appearance filled me with unutterable loathing.

Just keep writing and the good stuff will come.

I didn't look at the account profile until later but when I did, I saw it had no content, no fans, nothing. Anyhow, it was clear from the start it was not legit.

You would think those pesky Martians would stop trying to scam we Earthlings... at least until they learn the language.
