sample cover letters?

I spent a couple days editing down my romantic suspense story, Learning to Fly, to 14,990 words. (Below the 15,000 maximum which Heroes and Heartbreakers.)

So now I'm attempting to draft a cover letter. Per the submissions page, I don't need to write a synopsis. What they require is:

The subgenre of your story
Confirmation that the story has not been previously published
If you are a published author, and if so, for whom you write
If your story is connected to a larger universe in which you already write

In all, it only takes about four sentences to disclose all of this info. I'm really awful at cover letters so I'm wondering if there are any generic cover letters on the site which might get me going in the right direction?

Thanks all.

that's really all you need is the four sentences and maybe a short bio for yourself, including where you've been published. It doesn't have to be long or drawn out. Brief and informative, short and sweet, and let the work speak for itself.

If you want to draft something up and put it in the critiques, I'd be happy to help you tweak it.

Love and stuff,

Okay, thanks Michy. I drafted a short cover letter and put it up under critiques for review.
