In mid-November I am planning on releasing the first of four science fantasy novellas.
They are going to be ebooks. People at my work want a hardcover book but I don't possess the funds to lay out money for a hardcover version.
What, if any, are my options?
George, consider soft cover print over hardcover. That will save a ton of money, and when people say 'hardcover' they often really just mean 'print'.
Then check with Create Space for prices. It might not be as expensive as you think.
Nancy,
I checked create space but they do not list their prices.
It only lets you calculate how much royalty you would earn based off the price of the book.
Do you know of a way to find out how much a book costs?
I would like to do a book signing here in Indiana so perhaps maybe forty copies.
I can't seem to find where on create space I would have to lay out.
