Just caught this off of

Publishing ... and Other Forms of Insanity

...which is worth a visit. i mean when you're not on facebook, playing games on your computer, or feeling sorry for yourself and remembering the good old days when you used to want to be a writer and all THAT

But, anyway, yeah.
Go have a look.

Nice to hear from ya. I'm still doing the writerly thing. :D

I seemed to be looking down from an immense height upon a twilit grotto, knee-deep with filth, where a white-bearded daemon swineherd drove about with his staff a flock of fungous, flabby beasts whose appearance filled me with unutterable loathing.

Just keep writing and the good stuff will come.

Have you been doing articles? Fiction? :)

Aclimating to Alaska, Skwerly. There are some books in it. ...I think.

The year has been filled with change. Funny about "change", Death says the same thing ...

'Oh. It's ONLY a little change...'

LoL!

So, yeah; keeping busy.

How's by you?

Yes, I see. Of course.

Hey, Dereck! I'mm so glad you're still writing! You have a spark in you I want to see flame!

I'm slowly getting back into writing regularly now that I finished trying to die a few times.... I'm reminded of how stephen king talked about how hard it was to type and sit still after his accident. I'm having those issues - trouble sitting for long without my feet going number than cold ice. Then the stroke took out the finger on my right hand so my typing is poor and super slow which frustrates me because I make lots of mistakes.

But I've got ideas in my head still and they are slowly coming back out on paper. I'm submitting some old stuff that never got submitted or published and I'm playing the waiting game too.

Ya'll see GLIMMER TRAIN closed up shop? All gone.... end of an era.

I had always hoiped to get pubbed with them one day. Just goes to show, no time like NOW.

Love and stuff,
Michy

Luke, I've been subbing shorts and winning a few contests. Recently got a story I'm quite proud of accepted to a literary mag. I'm always prowling for opportunities and work on the side.

Michy! Wooooooooooow, there you are! I'm really, truly glad to hear you are slowly getting back into the keyboard clackiting. That's awesome! And, thank you for the compliment. Means a lot! I'd really love, love it if this board got active again but I know things take time. I'm glad you had the wherewithal to at least keep it live. Thank you!
