Quotes book different nonfiction manuscript form?

Hello,

I am assigned to research Bible quotes and organize them into a book without original writing. Is there a different kind of nonfiction manuscript form for a book of quotes? Or is it the same as the standard with a title page including the header, etc. AND normal margins justification like for original, unquoted text?

Using a recent edition of the Royalty Free King James Bible, I still passed on the Permissions Request Form from the bible publisher to my assigning publisher.
