I put other because Historical Fiction wasn't one of the categories.

I also like spy novels, history, non-fiction, well, to tell the truth, I like it all!!

I actually like romance when I'm stressed and mystery when I'm brain fogged.

Reading the romance relaxes me, makes me dream. Reading mystery kicks my brain back into gear. I actually like historically accurate romance novels the most.

I don't like non-fiction, unless it's something I want to learn, like herbal medicine or gardening.

Other would have been ideal, but the one genre which is just enjoyable at any time of the day is Erotica for me. :diablo:

I'd have to be in the mood for a lot of books (Fantasy, Sci Fi, Mystery) but with Romance/Erotica it's just plan old fashioned fun. That, and I can be considered a bit of a perverted individual and I like to keep up my reputation by...researching...said Erotica.

Gotta keep on top. (pun intended) :whip:

I put other also. I go to the library and the first cover that catches my eye is often chosen. Unless it's just something I totally don't like. So, if you want me to read your book it better have a good cover...lol.

I do have some favorites like crime/suspense and medical suspense, but then ever now and then I like a little romance.

anything, as long as its not chick-lit nor romance. The Sweety gobbles those up like I eat spagetti, then gives me that look that is either "dreamy" or "wistfull".

I guess I should have been a pirate....

I like a variety of genre actually. I guess my favorite would be YA. Lol. I am certainly not a young adult by any stretch of the imagination. So I voted other . . .

I also read kids' books, romance, and fantasy.
