If you are needing us to host an Avatar for you, you can do one of two things:
1) host the image somewhere else and put the link in your profile
2) host the image here and grab the link and put it in your profile.
The image must be smaller than 200 X 200 for it to work. You can upload an image smaller than 200 X 200 on this thread and then right click and click
'view image' - grab that URL and put it in your profile.
If you need help resizing any image or uploading it or want me to do it for you, please email it to me at michy@twintrinitymedia.com and I'll get it
up as soon as I can.

Also, you can use Paint.net to resize your images very quickly and easily if they are too big. For us Linux users, just fire up Gimp.
