I'm not on Twitter anymore, but a writing group I'm in does something similar: word wars. I think it's basically the same thing, except we use a
chatroom to co-ordinate it. And I suppose maybe it's a less politically correct term. *lol* Anyway, yeah, they're great fun and a great way to get
yourself to sit down and write without editing, because editing means less words and less time.
